This policy describes how ARAM Project Services LLC (“ARAM”) handles data accessed through the QuickBooks Online API for our private integration.

Data we access
We access accounting data such as customers, invoices, payments, and related entities needed to generate and automate bookkeeping workflows.

How we use data
Data is used only to provide automation, analytics, and reporting services to our client. We do not sell or use this data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Data storage & security
QuickBooks data may be stored in our secure n8n instance and associated databases hosted on a cloud VPS. Access is limited to ARAM personnel who need it to support the service. Connections use HTTPS/TLS.

Data retention & deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by our client’s agreements and legal obligations. You may request disconnection and deletion by emailing info@aramprojects.com.
